Cancellation(Refund) Policy

• A full refund is available for cancellations made before 4:00 PM KST (Korean Standard Time) one day prior to the boarding date.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made after 4:00 PM KST one day prior to the boarding date, including no-shows.
• If you cancel one segment of a round-trip ticket, the refund will be the remaining amount after deducting the full price of the one-way fare used.
• All booking and cancellation dates/times follow Korean Standard Time (KST).

Information

• This fare is exclusively for foreign visitors. The fare may differ from domestic prices as it includes a service fee.
• The estimated arrival time may vary from the actual arrival time due to traffic conditions or severe weather. We are not responsible for any delays caused by these circumstances.
• All vehicles depart on time. Please arrive at the departure point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time to board the shuttle bus.
• Seating is not pre-assigned; please board on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We will not contact passengers who do not show up. The shuttle bus will not operate if there are no bookings.
• Please book your tickets in advance. If there are remaining seats, you may purchase a ride on-site with cash only.
• Persons under the age of 13 are considered children.
• We are not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings or luggage.
• Boarding and arrival times are subject to change due to weather and traffic conditions.
